I am gap...Thank you so much for sharing this Chris. I am gaping with disbelief that people would avoid and ignore you after finding out your child is disabled. Their problem, not yours though. I've taught lots of children with CP over the years - and have taught with a couple of teachers too. They've all done really well, gone on to live fulfilling, if more challenging lives.
